Common questions
I bought Unlimited but my second device says I’m out of free decisions.
Use the magic link in your welcome email. It unlocks Unlimited on whichever device you open it on. Lost the email? Use the “Lost access?” link in the site footer to resend it.
I want to cancel my subscription.
Click “Manage subscription” in your welcome email. It opens Stripe’s customer portal where you can cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
I want a refund.
Email hello@scruple.app within 14 days of purchase. We process all reasonable refund requests.
The app crashed / something is broken.
Email hello@scruple.app with what you were doing when it broke. Screenshots help.
